• operate effectively in a multicultural, and geographically flexible environment

• manage expectations adequately, not only the customer ones, but also from others

• communicate effectively in English, written & spoken

If You Have?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• 5+ years of experience as a Developer

• competence to lead & mentor Junior Developers

• ability to create timelines and development goals

• capability to shape an intelligent solution that fits the problem

• demonstrable experience in developing customer-facing applications

• solid experience in APIs & application integrating

• good experience in security and privacy by design

• firm experience in setting up and using CI/CD Pipelines

• effective experience in QA automation
